With over 20 years of clinical experience in urology, I specialize in minimally invasive urological surgeries. My main procedures include laparoscopic nephrectomy, radical cystectomy, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, flexible ureteroscopy lithotripsy, and transurethral prostate enucleation, with over 1,000 cases of the latter completed. As the surgeon, I performed the first laparoscopic inferior vena cava thrombectomy in Guilin (3 cases completed), the first laparoscopic resection of renal tumor infiltrating the inferior vena cava segment and reconstruction of the inferior vena cava with artificial blood vessels, and the first inguinal lymph node dissection for penile cancer in the abdominal cavity in Guilin. I have pioneered multiple laparoscopic surgeries at the 924 Hospital. I am proficient in performing high ligation of spermatic vein under microscope and microsurgical vasovasostomy, and have certain research in the reconstruction of urethral stricture and congenital hypospadias. I have published more than 10 papers in the field of urethral diseases and 15 papers in national journals, and am responsible for one project in Guangxi.
