As a core hospital area that is a key focus of the Haidiya Medical Group, Chongqing Haidiya Hospital adheres to the service concept of "patient-centered", and builds a full-process medical system covering outpatient services, examinations, inpatient care, and follow-up rehabilitation. Relying on the multi-disciplinary collaboration (MDT) mechanism and standardized diagnosis and treatment pathways, the hospital has established stable diagnosis and treatment capabilities and service experiences in key areas such as oncology, cardiology, and orthopedics, providing patients with more efficient and higher-quality medical options.

Chang 'an Hospital was established in 2002, with 1,100 beds in operation. It has 46 clinical and medical technology departments, two "hospital within a hospital" cancer hospitals and kidney disease hospitals, and 18 provincial and municipal key specialties and advantageous and characteristic disciplines. It is a teaching and internship hospital of Northwest University, a key construction university under the national "211 Project", and the first original non-public five-star hospital in China. It has been ranked among the top ten in the national non-public hospital competitiveness ranking for three consecutive years.

The predecessor of Hezhou Guangji Hospital was the Workers' Hospital of Pinggui Mining Bureau established in 1951. Currently, it is a tertiary general hospital under Haidiya Medical, integrating medical rehabilitation, scientific research and teaching, and preventive health care. It is also the first military support hospital in Guangxi. It is a designated medical hospital for preferential treatment recipients in Hezhou City, a designated medical institution for medical security in Hezhou City, and a network hospital of Hezhou 120 Emergency Center.

Suzhou Yongding Hospital is located by the East Taihu Lake in Wujiang District, Suzhou City. It is a comprehensive tertiary hospital integrating multiple functions such as medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, health care and rehabilitation. Currently, the hospital is classified as a secondary general hospital. It covers an area of 100 mu, with a total construction area of 75,000 square meters and 730 approved beds. Suzhou Yongding Hospital ranks second in scale among private hospitals in Suzhou City and also second among all medical institutions in Wujiang District.
