He has served as the director of the Urology Department of the 924th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (formerly Guilin 181 Hospital) for over 20 years. He is also a professor at Southern Medical University and Guangxi Medical University, and a master's supervisor in Urology. He specializes in minimally invasive treatment of urinary stones, with extensive experience in managing complex upper urinary tract stones. He was the first to introduce 2-micron laser treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia in the southwest region. In recent years, he has led two research projects funded by Guilin City, trained 10 graduate students, published 51 papers in professional core journals, won four science and technology innovation awards, and received four third-place awards for medical achievements.
